Does A CUT ABOVE have a guarantee on the products we carry?
Since all of our products are vacuum sealed, we guarantee our meats 100% for tenderness and to be free from freezer burn. We will exchange any unused portion for one full year from the date of purchase. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-719-268-8922.
How fresh are your products?
We receive weekly shipments to ensure freshness.
Where does your beef come from?
All of our steaks are Midwest grain-fed cattle.
How long will my products last in the freezer?
For optimum taste and tenderness, we recommend using your steaks within 6 months. This does not mean the steaks are spoiled after six months. The steaks will still be of exceptional quality for up to a year after receiving them.
How do I thaw my steaks?
Do not use the microwave. We recommend cooking steaks from frozen at a high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side and then slow cooking at a lower heat to the desired doneness. If you wish to marinate steaks, place in a sealed container in refrigerator for 8-12 hours prior to cooking. To remove vacuum sealed packaging, run under cool water to loosen, then remove.
What if my steaks are a brown color?
A deep brown color is common when the oxygen has been removed from the packaging. Once the product is thawed and the meat is re-exposed to air, it will return to a red color.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards for online orders. For an added convenience to our customers, our company accepts personal checks or money orders for home deliveries, as well as all major credit cards.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, no. At the present, we only ship to the 50 United States.
How will my products be packaged?
All A CUT ABOVE products arrive in our attractive gift box, packed in a sturdy reusable insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice to ensure the products remain frozen or chilled during shipment.
If my steaks arrive partially thawed, are they still good?
Yes, as long as the product feels cool to the touch, the quality is not diminished, and you can refrigerate or refreeze until you are ready to eat them. Lobster tails, fish, and chicken should not be refrozen. If they arrive warm to the touch, contact Customer Service immediately at email@example.com or 1-719-268-8922.
